My name is Ryan Silverstein and I am the founder of Flow State Football. I have extensive experience being in and around some of the top clubs in the world, such as: Blackburn Rovers, Bolton Wanderers, PAOK, Panserraikos, and TFC.

Each player will be provided with exposure to professional players, former professional players, and coaches. Our services also include 1-on-1 gym training, health and nutrition awareness, and improvement of confidence on and off the pitch.
